Based on our customers? needs we continuously contribute to the IKEA Range. The task of the Product Support is to ensure the quality in the product development process.
This means to keep track of and drive the different steps in the process, from the initial phase until the product reaches the customer and to be responsible for the range administration to deliver a relevant offer for each market. You will plan and update product information regarding project status and be a vital player in the product change process. You will work in the product development process and create decision support to all stakeholders in the process.
Is this the challenge for you? You have IKEA experience and a great interest in the IKEA range and the products. Knowledge of the PIA system and the Business Area organization is an advantage. You have experience in working in project organizations. You?re a team player with the ability to work with different people in various situations. You like to work proactively and are use to work in projects. Your communication skills are excellent in both English and Swedish. You are service minded with high energy and drive.
You have great administrative ability. You are a person with passion for precision and accuracy, with a particular interest for processes, tools, work methods and time planning. Your view is holistic and you suggest improvements for the process-oriented work to carry it forwards.

IKEA of Sweden, or IoS, is responsible for developing the IKEA range and making it available to stores and customers all over the world. Expressed in terms of IKEA's three main processes, IoS leads the processes Creating the Home Furnishings Offer and Supplying. IoS also takes part in the third main process, called Communicating & Selling, which is lead by Retail. Creating IKEA products is a long and involved process and there are countless things to keep track of along the way. Product Supports handle the information flow around product development and are involved in all stages of the development process.
