We are looking for a Digital Product Transformation Manager to lead our first and last-mile transformation initiative. You will be responsible for formulating, planning, and executing a digital strategy for the overall transformation initiative. The internal title for this position at Ikea is Product Team Leader.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a leader who encompasses:
A product mindset –You can build and champion a long-term product strategy that is data-driven and customer-informed. You can help the team effectively prioritize the work and ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets the objectives and customer needs
Extensive and very strong project management skills are a must
Well-versed in communication, managing executive stakeholders and ability to present, engage and communicate with senior audiences
Experience in working with digital organizations and large-scale transformations
You can make technology choices for better outcomes and understand concepts like headless APIs, multi-tenant, and cloud-agnostic architectures
Extensive experience in supply chain and logistics projects is a plus

About this work area
The Fulfilment domain within group digital is responsible for building and running the technology that underpins our global ~40Bn € business. Fulfilment is the backbone of our business with approximately 380 stores, 40+ customer fulfilment centres, and 400+ delivery & services providers across the globe. The fulfilment technology operates in all the INGKA countries (30 countries), while we have a vision of offering our fulfilment platform to other IKEA franchises and eventually to other companies as Software-As-Service.
In this role, you will report to the Product Domain Manager for the Fulfilment domain. This role has the flexibility to be either based in our new digital hub in Amsterdam or in one of our southern Sweden hubs in the cities of Malmö and Helsingborg.
