PRODUCT TEAM MANAGER - Stockholm/remote

Our client is forming a new team and is searching for a Product Team Manager (see job description below). The team will be the equivalent of a conventional scrum team, and this function will collaborate with stakeholders on a worldwide scale across all four of our businesses.
This assignment can begin as soon as possible; the initial duration is 6 months, with a good probability of extension for the suitable individual.
Concerning the role
As the Product Team Manager, you will manage the product team and collaborate closely with the Product Owner to drive discovery and development activities while also managing parallel workstreams to adjacent teams such as product roll-out, communication, training, and more. You will be overall accountable for the product team's Scope Management, Resource Management, Schedule Management, and Cost Management within the agreed-upon ways of working for the stated endeavour within our portfolio.
You will coach on agile methods, project management, and technologies, as well as contribute to the growth of our business. We aspire to build cross-functional, independent, high-performing product teams in which you will play a key role in leading and inspiring the team as well as refining our processes.
Because this position is for a new team that we are forming, abilities in project management as well as continuous delivery will be required.
We think you have experience in jobs such as Product Owner, Project Manager, and Team Lead, ideally in a DevOps environment.
Experience and expertise are preferred.
Experience with agile product delivery and DevOps Professional Project Management Certification are a plus (PPS, PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum or similar)
Strong English verbal and written communication skills. A strong desire to lead and empower teams.
