Product Training Manager

The Rosemount Tank Radar AB division of Emerson Process Management is a leading provider of radar-based level and tank gauging solutions for the marine, oil & gas and process industry markets.[ Founded in 1976, the company has a turnover of over 1 billion kr and employs over 400 people worldwide.[ To support rapid growth and expansion into new areas, we are adding a number of new positions in R&D, purchasing, service and other areas.[ The company is owned by Emerson (NYSE:EMR), an American company with over 128,000 employees and $US 20 billion in sales.[ The service department at Business Unit Tank Gauging[supplies a[service that solves problems and[builds trusting relationships, all with[a sky-high customer focus.We are now looking for a Product Training Manager who will be responsible for our service courses which we carry through in order to keep agents[and customers updated on our products.Your tasks include course preparation such as instructor booking, scheduling, collection of course material, distribution of invitations and securing that practical details works during courses.In time when your product knowledge has increased, the position will[also include[conducting training classes.[[ To succeed in this role you need to have a technical interest[with at least an engineering degree from high school.Experience from similar work is a merit but is not required.Since the position requires contacts with various kinds of agents and customers it is vital that you are a skilled communicator and that you are fluent in English, both verbal and written.Additional language knowledge is an advantage.The educational aspect of the position requires excellent organizational skills and that you are comfortable speaking in front of a group.We expect you to teach in a pedagogic way and that you will be able to travel occasionally.The job as a Training Manager offers various challenges as well as possibilities to individual growth and development.We strive to reach an equal distribution according to background and gender within the service department, therefore we are happy to see female applicants.Please apply by using the apply button or the link below, no later than May 20th.
