Production Assistant to Instabox

Instabox is a growing tech startup that wants to change the logistics industry. We think it should be easy to shop online and offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We want our customers to be able to shop from any of our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our +250 smart boxes - all in the same day. Does this sound too good to be true? Might sound so, but it is all possible by the fact that we are developing our own software.

Since the start back in 2015 we’re controlling all of the components of the logistics chain which makes it possible for us to stay flexible and creative in our work. We break new ground on a daily basis and our users keep getting amazed by our fast and convenient express deliveries. We are now looking to expand our Product team with a Production Assistant, assisting Head of Brand and Designers.

Job Description

Checklists are the best thing this person knows, next to comparing colors off of yet another Pantone chart. In charge of creative delivery to our different production houses. Proofing print deliveries, inspecting car vinyl wrap and clothing for our couriers. Preferably also a person who’s been on shoots with an erratic crew and feel calm there, despite all the crazy this-needs-to-be-done-yesterday-deadlines.
