Production Controller

As a Production Controller with responsibility for the financial processes within the production, you will play a key role, using your skills in compelling, analyzing and presenting data to support the management team with recommendations for actions and improvements for the business unit.
You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders and functions within the business unit, as well as in our global organization.


Your responsibilities
Creating and improving KPIs and reports to enable data driven decision making.
Identifying root causes for non-performance, and driving important initiatives across the business unit.
Preparing "what if" scenarios and overall impact on the factory, especially on profitability of various product lines and products.
Identifying trends, understanding and analyzing relevant KPIs in cooperation with factory management team.
Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions.
Supporting the financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. Validating accuracy of data.
Maintaining a proper documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and reviews.



Your background
A degree in Finance, Business Administration or within a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge in product costing is benefitial.
Good Excel skills, knowledge of PowerBI is a merit.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Fluency in in English, Swedish knowledge is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, a collaborative, solution-focused approach and a data driven approach.
