Born in 2014 by Creative Director, Max Svärdh and CEO, Albin Johansson, Axel Arigato is a Sweden based contemporary brand that started from an Instagram page and an idea to break into the footwear market.

With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it’s via stores, online or through events.

Axel Arigato currently has 8 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Munich & Paris with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 100 members of staff in 7 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

Production Coordinator (1 year parental leave cover)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As Production Coordinator based in our rapidly growing Gothenburg office you will work with and execute a wide variety of tasks from development sign off to warehouse inventory and contact with our external partners.

It is under the Production Coordinator’s responsibility that products are being ordered and delivered according to the set KPI’s. Moreover, the Production Coordinator will own the execution of the Drop of the Week (DotW) schedule.

As Production Coordinator you are the link between product development, merchandising, wholesale, marketing and finance teams, coordinating that each department will get the information that is necessary at any given time. This key role will have daily external contact with factories and suppliers and own the information in our systems (stock, prices, delivery dates, …)

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We seek someone who is experienced (around 3 years) but most importantly brings an analytical mindset to this data and KPI driven role. Experience in production management/supply chain / buying are all assets. Personality wise, a highly detail-oriented and goal oriented teammate is what we see as a winning combination.
