Production coordinator – Branding, labels & packaging

As Production coordinator you will work as a contact for branding, labelling and packaging related questions and coordinate branding design requests across the different development teams for all categories from development to production. The role also includes to oversee the content on the labels and care instructions, in collaboration with the product quality & sustainability department.

You will work closely with two brand label designers and the marketing team. This position reports to the Head of Studio of the Design department.

The work environment at Acne Studios is fast-paced and energetic; no day is ever the same. You will be based at Acne Studios headquarters in Stockholm, and might have commitments that require travelling.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:


• Coordinate the development and production of labels and packaging
• Coordinate all branding design requests across the different development teams for all categories
• Coordinate the production and usage of the brand name Acne Studios on products in collaboration with the label designers
• Coordinate the existing product packaging line in collaboration with the product developer of the category
• Coordianate the production of all new product packaging in collaboration with marketing
• Analyze, manage and negotiate prices for labels and packaging
• Maintain close relationships with suppliers and communicate on a regular basis
• Oversee the content on the labels and care instructions, i.e. the copy, legal translation, article names, etc., in collaboration with the product quality & sustainability department
• Create guidelines and templates for the production departments

Desired qualifications:


• Academic degree, from business school and/or textile education
• Experience of working in a product department for at least 1-2 years, preferably from high-end brands
• Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English, additional language skills is meriting
• Experience and technical knowledge of materials
• The ability to collaborate productively between design, marketing and product departments
• A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
