Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Do you want a global logistics job that really matters? Supply Chain Planning (OP) is an important function within Scania Logistics that works with a very wide scope divided within the different departments.
We are searching for a new talent to the Production Planning team that has focus on mid- and short term planning activities in close collaboration with Central- and Local planning teams as well as multiple cross functional teams within Scania and Traton.
The main operational responsibilities of the team are Restriction Management, Production Levelling and Production Ordering of trucks, buses and engines.
The team also works with Production- and Crisis Coordination processes, and cross brand coordination. On top of this, the team own and maintain some of Scania’s core planning tools.
The position
In this position you will have responsibilities in the area of Levelling or Restriction management combined with a coordinator role in the Supply Chain and production processes and also work with improving the methods and tools used in the daily business.
You will work in a global and cross functional environment with main interfaces to functions within Logistics, the Production Units, Purchasing and Sales & Marketing which will increase your network within Scania and give You a deep understanding in the order-to delivery process.
Your profile
You have an academic degree or similar knowledge gained from working experience. You probably have previous experience from Production, Logistics, Purchasing or Sales and Marketing and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You enjoy working with people, are focused on the team’s common goals and strives to create good relationships with different stakeholders involved in the processes at Scania and Traton
