ABOUT THE ROLE
As Fenix Outdoor's Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in the quality, delivery and functionality of our products. You will be the go-to person for important stakeholders including suppliers, quality assurance, logistics, our warehouses and other parts of Fenix Outdoor for all production related matters.
We currently have two full time Production Coordinator vacancies. One permanent position and one 12-month contract for parental leave backfill. Both positions are based in Stockholm at our Solna office, and report directly through to the Production Manager, Sara Gunnebjörk.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
In more detail you will focus on the following:
Track delivery and its performance
Contact between vendor, logistics, warehouse and other departments related to production
Follow up and manage product claims due to production issues
Follow up pre-production activities
Support/ close cooperation with quality assurance and compliance
Manage production timeline and sample dates
Arrange pre-production meetings
Ensure that quality assurance is updated prior to inspections
Manage calendar and identify potential risks with actions and follow-ups
WHO YOU ARE
We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:
Bachelor's degree within textile
One or more years' experience of working with textile
Understanding of the textile production process
Professional level of communication in English; additional languages would be advantageous!
Willingness to travel to our warehouses in Europe as well as production sites in Europe and Asia
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
You have a love and respect for nature and the outdoors and an authentic enthusiasm toward the Brands at Fenix Outdoor. You are eager to share your passion and engage others to fall in love with the outdoors.
