Assignment description

Jefferson Wells is now hiring a Production Development Engineer, a consultant for Machining Area in Flen.

The Technical Department at our customer in Flen Factory, has the overall responsibility to deliver the production process and Product information to our own site but also to others sites in cooperation with our network. Also we are responsible for the factory maintenance. We are organized in three subgroups: production development, Product Preparation and Maintenance.

The job as consultant is to be part of the Production Development Engineering team to assist and deliver Production Process, Tools and Equipment and the production lay out, following the World class manufacturing principles, driving improvements and standardizations.

Possible areas of focus in this role:

* Improvements of the Process development plans
* Process chart and flow maps
* Lay Out
* Work Stations
* Equipment and Tools
* Instructions / SOP
* Operation time

What do I need to qualify for this job?

We are looking for a person that has experience in Machining Process and has a master's degree in engineering. You're able to be part of a team and love to work together with others.

Required skills:

* Ability with CAD for Lay out and definition of Tools
* With customer focus and the ability to work cross functionally
* Able to understand operating principles and establish operating standards and instructions
* Have challenging and pioneering spirits
* Graduation/Master Degree in Engineering
* Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
