Production Development Specialist

We are now looking for a Production Development Specialist in Ludvika.
Description:
Optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes and equipment in order to minimize labour hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety. Defines the working phase sequence of a new production process in order to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. Ensures appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets.
Focus on mechanical design and tools for ensure correct torque.
Closely collaboration with design and quality department to develop the design to match our electrical torque wrenches.
Prepare investment in new tools and implementation of this in production.
Be a part in our strategic project with a digital solution for assembly.
Your part will be to program and develop tools and system for this application.
