We are looking for dedicated and driven Production engineers to our Production department to join us in our mission to contribute to build the world’s greenest battery. The roles are a part of our passionate Revolt Ett team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be part of building the first in-house full recycling flow in the world. Recovery and effective recycling of end-of-life batteries is key to closing the loop on batteries and to achieve a minimal carbon footprint.
About the job
The need to recycle batteries is increasing and the construction of Europe's largest recycling facility for batteries in Skellefteå is ongoing and will start its production process to separate out valuable metals for reuse in battery production during 2023. The goal is to source 50% of the raw materials needed for cell production from recycling by 2030 and therefore more recycling facilities are planned at site.
In joining us from start, you will be learning from equipment suppliers, the project team and other colleagues to become knowledgeable in your area of responsibility. You will also work closely with R&D, the Industrialization team, logistics and material handling with a focus to maximize our productivity and efficiency.
About the team
You will be a vital member of the Revolt Ett team in Skellefteå. As a production engineer you will train and support our shift managers, process operators and our QC Lab. You will be in charge of the process decisions during your shift in close cooperation with the shift manager. You will also lead projects, investigations and actions to solve problems and increase efficiency in the recycling process.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support and train the production team during your shift.
Work with process development, flow efficiency and measure improvements.
Analyze problems during your shift and causes for a more stable production.
Participate in the development and optimization of hydrometallurgical processes.
In close cooperation with our hydrometallurgical team drive process improvement projects

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
Bachelors (or higher) degree in Chemical/Process Engineering, materials engineering, industrial engineering or similar
Good knowledge of English. Swedish is a plus
2-3 years experience in chemical production environments, with demonstrated experience supporting production teams in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production processes
Knowledge and experience of Lean / 5S / TPM.
Experience and/or education in the Hydrometallurgical process.
Bonus points for:
Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
Good communication skills.
High work ethic and good problem-solving ability.
