We are looking for dedicated and driven Production Engineer to our Production department to join us in our mission to contribute to build the world’s greenest battery. The roles are a part of our passionate Revolt Ett team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be part of building the first in-house full recycling flow in the world. Recovery and effective recycling of end-of-life batteries is key to closing the loop on batteries and to achieve a minimal carbon footprint.
About the job
The need to recycle batteries is increasing and the construction of Europe's largest recycling facility for batteries in Skellefteå is ongoing and will start its production process to separate out valuable metals for reuse in battery production during 2023. The goal is to source 50% of the raw materials needed for cell production from recycling by 2030 and therefore more recycling facilities are planned at site.
As a Production Engineer your main responsibility is to monitoring production. Ensure that it flows as it should and to react and act in the event of disturbances. Your work is mainly carried out from the control room, but if necessary you are involved in investigating disturbances on the production side.
About the team
The production engineer will work closely with Operators, Production engineers and Process Engineers. Primary goal for this position is to ensure that the recycling process will be up and running along all production steps. Also create a stable process environment during production.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitoring production from the control room.
System management and monitoring performance.
Analysis, troubleshooting and diagnosis of necessary repairs.
Compile production reports and collect statistics for failure trends.
Provide technical support and training.

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
A great interest in modern technology - automation, preferably with a background in industry either through education or previous work experience
Experience in Siemens WinCC OA SCADA, WinCC Pro SCADA and Siemens Desigo SCADA
Background from industry either through education or previous work experience, for example from the process industry, warehouse automation or industrial maintenance.
Curious, eager to acquire technical knowledge and preferably with a strong business awareness
Bonus points for:
Experience from the process industry - battery / pulp and paper / food / chemicals / microelectronics / oil & gas or similar.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management
Experience from a multi-cultural environment
