Role Summary/Purpose - Run improvements in accordance with LEAN / Six Sigma.- Layout work within the factory.- Technical Investigation and participation in product care matters.- Solve technical problems regarding production.Investigate and initiate investments, for example fixtures.- Maintenance/ Create new methods/processes, such as production documentation and operation indexes. Essential Responsibilities - Responsibility for documentation and production processes in the factory and NPI(New product introduction).Investigations of Nonconformance.- Run improvement work that supports the company's productivity goals and in accordance with LEAN / Six Sigma.- Order fixtures and necessary production equipment.- Establish ECR/ECO (engineering change request/order) requests for QA, QC and the R&D department.- Investigate CSSx commissions (customer complaints).- Initiate new instruments in production, in co-operation with other functions.- Initiate, analyze and manage LEAN projects in co-operation with other functions. Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelor degree in engineering.- At least 3 years of manufacturing/assembly experience.- Fluent in English both verbal and written.- Experience from Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Desired Characteristics - Accurate in its work to satisfy the customers demand for quality and service.- Good social competence in order to work in co-operation with the production groups and in contact with external functions.- Creative in its work in order to find solutions and improvements in production.- Broad technical know-how and interest.- Good ability to independent problem solving and make own decisions.- Customer focus, regard of product quality.- Focus on and personal interest in LEAN production.
