Arbetsbeskrivning

About the role
As a Production Engineer at X Shore, you will play a key role in setting up our new production facility in Nyköping. You will be instrumental in the work of building our sustainable, technically top of the line and beautifully designed boats - the future of boating.

You will play a key role in assuring that we build and run our new production site in a safe, qualitative and highly productive way. Your responsibilities include the acquisition and installation of new production equipment as well as the design of the production process and methods. Your responsibilities in this role include:

- Process Design
- Requirement analysis and acquisition/making of production equipment
- Continuous Improvements

Qualifications
If you are a self-propelled person with a knack for creating order from chaos and for finding constant ways of improvement this may be the job for you. You are efficient and dare to make decisions, but are also keen to involve your colleagues in order to find the best possible solution to our challenges.

We believe that you have previous experience from a similar role in the composite manufacturing industry and most likely a university degree from process/mechanical/production engineering.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
And of course you share our values when it comes to sustainability.
