About the position
As a Production Engineer you will be a key person in the development of new and improved production methods and processes, with a focus on Design for Manufacturing and Production Development Processes. We are proud to have a highly automated production with chemical processes, multiple transport systems, assembly and packaging lines and an order controlled batch process. In order to reach efficient and robust production processes the product and the production lines need to be designed and developed in parallel, in all phases in the product development process. This is why this role is important for us, to improve our way of working with Design for Manufacturing.

Your key accountabilities are;
Participate in cross-functional project teams where you will lead or support both internal stakeholders/departments and external suppliers to find efficient production solutions with Design for Manufacturing as a guiding principle.
Participate and coach in equipment investment projects all the way from concept, via risk management- and requirements handling, testing and validation to commissioning and handover.
Improve our way of working with DFM (tools, structure and mindset) together with Lean Product Development.
Perform training for project members/department/stakeholders.

We believe you have
an academic background, preferably in Mechanical/Automation/Industrial Design Engineering or equivalent with experience from production development
knowledge of Lean Product Development, Design for Manufacturing and Risk Management
experience of project management and especially within new product development and industrialization
knowledge of automated manufacturing process development
experience from working with technical specifications and external equipment suppliers
some experience from testing/validation, preferably within life science or other regulated industry
documentation and communication skills, in English as well as in Swedish
