Permobil is striving for the highest quality in both products and customer support and we are now looking for a new employee to the department of Production Engineering.

Qualifications

We believe that you have education from at least secondary level within the technical field, or equivalent, together with work experience from working as a Production Engineer. You have knowledge of how production processes are created, configured and work for production. From your experience you understand the contents and execution of assembly.

We are looking for a result oriented Engineer with passion for Lean and continuous improvements.You are technically minded and speak fluent both Swedish and English. As a person you are driven and take initiative to actions. You have an analytical ability together with an evidence-based approach. Since the production engineer has many contacts, both within the company and external, you need to be customer focused and professional.

With your background, you know process improvement/problem solving methods and are able to personally lead and train others.

The job

Are you eager to contribute in a fast and continuously changing environment? Does the everyday production pulse trigger a passion for continuous improvements? Permobil Production has over the last couple of years been transformed towards a more Lean approach with takt, balance and visual flows. You will work with tooling, assembly methods, line balancing, production quality and logistics, always in cross functional environments and not seldom cross country. You will be a part of industrialization projects where we introduce new products in our production as well as participate in organizational development.
