Production Engineering Manager

In the role as Production Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 15, supporting the Production area. You are responsible to deliver business results i.e., meeting all requirements for safety and quality, delivering production volume in accordance with plan and budget, as well as applying the Integrated Work System (IWS) and standards and policies.
Key responsibilities:
Promote Health, Safety and Environmental culture, transfer in into procedures and work instructions to discipline and monitor the team activities and keep a healthy and safe-conscious working environment.
Ensure that the quality trigger daily management system and standards are in place and used to guarantee the product quality, integrity, and full traceability, define targets and monitor the result of quality indicators as well as lead the follow up actions to deliver high quality product.
Full accountability to lead and set the 24 hours direction for the line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) to deliver the business results and ensures the follow up actions are completed.
Owner of DMS (Daily Management System) within Integrated Work System: Incident Elimination, Quality Trigger, Clean Inspect and Lubricated and Defect HandlinManage and motivate the team to achieve the line(s) business results. Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the Daily Management Systems and build effective working relationships with factory stakeholders through good communication, positive attitude, and strong collaboration.
Driving performance through loss elimination and continuous improvement.
Execute weekly DMSs health checks to identify gaps and constraints in the organization and implement appropriate countermeasures accordingly.
Leading change via building execution plans, setting personal objectives & development plans, empowering team members in the spirit of zero loss mindset.
Deliver production schedule targets as agreed with Scheduling and Production Manager.
Control the maintenance task lists are in place and lead to maintenance activities conducted by the team to ensure stability, predictability, and reliability of operations.
Support execution of NPI activities on production lines (tests and trials).
Ensure full compliance of the workplace and employees with legislation.



Essential Requirements:
Good technical background
Effective coaching and communication skills
Ability to work with data, information, and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Skills
Fluent Swedish and English both written and spoken
