Production Engineers and/or Technician(s)

We are looking for production engineers and/or technicians to be a part of the production team making molecularly imprinted polymers and other selective polymer phases.Responsibilities: The tasks will mainly involve producing MIPs using various specialized polymerization methods at both laboratory and pilot scale, reprocessing of the polymers and preparation of materials for shipping, which includes documentation and close collaboration with the quality department.With the right qualifications we see you in the future taking part in large scale production processes, process optimization and implementation of new products in production.As a production engineer/technician you will be a part of the production team, which is a highly flexible group working with high standards in a fast expanding environment.The interaction with the other team members is an important part of the daily work flow and a positive attitude is something that we highly appreciate.Educational and Experience Requirements: Currently all members of the production team engineers have a Master of Science and Engineering degree or higher.For technicians, a minimum education level of technical high school or similar with experience from chemical industry and preferably polymer production would be something that we rank high.Small scale production in general and experience of handling multi-tasks under continuous development is also positively viewed.Due to the complexity of our product portfolio you should be a flexible but careful person. We assume that you have a good proficiency with common software (MS Office, databases, etc.) and are used to diligent documentation (ISO).As most of the work is carried out in project form it is essential that you have good communication abilities and are a team-player.English/Swedish are the working languages in the company.MIP Technologies AB is an equal opportunity employer.
