Production Executive to AB Lindex (substitute apprx 6 months)

Do you have previous experience of retail and creative production? Are you a forward leaning team-player, who wants to be part of a company with a higher purpose to empower and inspire women everywhere? We are looking for a Production Executive to our head office, located in the heart of Gothenburg.

Your role in our team. You are part of the Creative Production Team at our Global Marketing department. We love teamwork and as a Production Executive you are leading and coaching the daily work together with the creative team. Working with the different parts of the production is just your cup of tea.

You and the Project Leader work as a team, but sometimes you lead the process by yourself, depending on the nature of the project. To meet our ambitious goals our teams often work with several productions at the same time.

We understand that you want to know more about the role! Here are some examples of what’s included: If the production involves external partners you contact them for quotations, to stay within budget. This is applicable for film and still production, certain print and props buying. Art buying is one of your tasks. You are also involved in ordering translations and in securing approvals on creatives from our market contacts and other departments within Lindex.

Also, this probably sounds like you: 

Degree in Business & Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar
Previous work experience from advertising agency or inhouse (minimum 3 years)
Good knowledge of social media, film and print production as well as web content
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Trello and similar
Meritorious: previous experience of art buying
