What You´ll Do
As the Production Group Manager, you’ll be responsible to develop, improve and manage the CFA area in Vårgårda and to plan and execute clear productivity goals and resources, adjust schedules as needed and monitor production standards.
You’ll lead a group of operators and team leaders that secures that the daily production is running as planned and that the processes are followed. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for improve existing processes, developing and implementing new processes and ways of working out of a Lean perspective. You will have full responsibility for work environment in the CFA area.
You’ll be a member of the Production Management Group and you’ll report directly to our Production Manager. You’ll also have a close collaboration with the other Production Group Managers and with our Logistics, Quality, Maintenance and Industrial Engineering department.

We believe that you have competence and experience in:
- Good technical experience within Mechanical/Automation/Electronic
- Experience working with Lean production
- Leadership/Management experience
- Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Education
- Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Automation/Electronic or relevant work experience
