About the role

This is a part-time consultant assignment at KIMM/Wise Professionals for 6-9 months, with the possibility to be extended into a full-time position). Start in August/September, according to agreement. The office is located in Stockholm and they offer remote-work, but they prefer if you work at the office at least one day a week.

As Production Lead – Brand at EasyPark you will be a part of a project team responsible for the integration of a newly added brand. Your responsibility is to coordinate branded content for this brand. Except for the project team, you will also work closely with the in-house creative and brand team consisting of a Brand & Creative Lead, a Copywriter and two Graphic Designers. You report to the Project and Marketing Lead.

In this role you will be interacting with internal stakeholders, therefore we believe that you have great skills in stakeholder management. We also believe that you have great skills in leading complex projects since you´ll be coordinating content production across various touchpoints.

Examples of tasks:

Structuring and organizing the mapping of touch points and content production to ensure efficient execution and follow up
Coordinating content mapping and updates with various stakeholders, briefing them, providing support & guidance and ensuring standardized output
Managing the timeline for content production and following up with stakeholders to ensure that tasks are completed in a correct fashion and in a timely manner
Creating a prioritized plan for content production and updates in various touch points.
Together with the in-house creative team, ensure that the needed content will be produced with good quality and consistency across touch points. 
Clearly and proactively communicate the progress, risks (e.g. timeline) and dependencies within the project team


About you and your experiences

For this role, we are looking for a structured and driven person. You make sure that things get done and stick to deadlines. You have great planning and coordinating skills as well as you are good at making sure that everybody is onboard. Several contact surfaces are not a problem for you since you are an out-going person who is not afraid to make demands. The many contact surfaces also require you to have good communication skills.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have 2-3 years of experience from a similar role. You are fluent in English, a plus if you also are fluent in Dutch and/or French. We´d love if you have previous experience in working with a creative team and basic understanding of how product teams operate.
