KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Act as the prime interface to the customer.
Lead and defend the company's position against the customer in all areas (commercial, communication, technical, deliveries, quality).
Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are fully understood within the team.
Align with the Internal BT Project Director to execute the project on time, on cost and to the specification.
Review the effort of the Project Core Team members and give directives related to the project execution, as you will be involved in the PMP objective setting process for all Project Core Team members.
Define and secure the support of the business partners and extended project team.
Manage all communication with the customers.
Lead the Project Core Team effort to meet periodic financial targets.
Adapt your leadership and motivational skills to the project, the team or individual's capabilities and knowledge, the time and tools available and the results desired.
Develop “must do” strategies to increase team effectiveness.
Adapt the allocation of work packages between the roles and the day-to-day delegation of special tasks to the Project Core Team members in order to optimize the total project.
Responsible for the communication to the Product Development Manager as well as potential Project Managers of collaborating Value Chain Entities.


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Typically 5-6 years of experience, minimum 2 years of leadership experience
Working experience either in Project Management, Bids, Sales, Contracts & Legal, Procurement, Engineering or Operations
Proven leadership performance (i.e. PMP, 360° feedback)
International experience
