We are looking for a committed and courageous Production Leader Machining Department. You will lead a machining department taking on the task of transformation into an all new machine set up. We believe you have a natural interest in leadership and the capability to improve organization, routines and processes.

Your ability to listen, challenge and identify issues will influence processes across the business as we strive to become an agent for change. You are self-driven, analytical and a doer who works in a structured way.
You will drive improvement initiatives within the machining department. You will work both Operative and Strategically and create routines and build competence to develop stabile processes.


An important part of your role will also be to be part of and support the Production Management Team in developing the organization and the collaboration with other functions within the plant to create rigid but flexible processes.
You hold a Technical-related university degree and have work experience in our industry related to production and preferable also engineering and project management. You need to be fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing. You are passionate about people and an experienced leader who knows how to bring out the best out of your team.
