THE POSITION
As Product Line Manager Enclosures, you belong to the Product Group Management department. The role means that you work through the whole organization where you impose requirement on the different functions. You will also have the overall responsibility for the product line.

As a Product Line Manager Enclosures you will be responsible for:

• Manage, maintain, improve and develop the product line to commercial success according to company strategy with respect to profitability, cost efficiency, customer value and quality/ service level.
• Initiate and drive phase-in and phase-out related to the product line.
• Continuously follow up and analyze volumes, revenue, cost and profitability.
• Continuously follow up and analyze complaints related to the product line.
• Drive and coordinate maintenance and development initiatives.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Roxtec products in the market.
• Strategic planning- develop and executed annual marketing plans designed to grow revenue and market share for the Roxtec product portfolio.
• Product launch- plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.


QUALIFICATIONS
We believe that you have an Engineering/Business Administration degree or comparable and at least three years of experience from Product Management.

We believe that you have a background from a manufacturing company and are well-experienced in EMC and IECEx/Atex certification, Ex certified products and project management.

To be successful in the position we expect you to have international experience and experience of working with cultural differences and global market knowledge regarding industrial safety products.

We pay great attention to your personal features and to your broad technical experience.

You must manage spoken as well as written English.

The position requires extensive travelling around the globe and the base of the position is in Karlskrona.
