Join ABB to take a key role in Large Contactors product team of Electrification Smart Power Unit in Västerås that develops and produces contactors, soft-starters and pilot devices. The Large Contactor team is a newly formed team that needs to work efficiently as a team and deliver on all KPIs connected with the product. The role will be reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager.


Your responsibilities
Manage a team of approx 20-25 blue-collars
Act as the team leader for Large Contactors product team
Develop department according to KPIs (health and safety, quality, on-time deliveries, productivity)
Lead product team to improve KPIs for the product, such as direct cost, quality and on-time deliveries
Fully responsible for KPIs, budget, delivery performance
Fully responsible for people management, health and safety, people development
Be part of the production management team



Your background
Leadership experience from project management or manager position
Preferably a University degree
Experience from production or logistics
Good knowledge in MS Office
Swedish and English, fluent in speaking and writing
Result-oriented, clear in communication, confident leader
