Production Manager

As Production Manager for Control Panels at Tetra Pak Processing Components we offer you a challenging position.You will be a part of and drive the current change process in our modern workshop - the largest of its kind in Sweden.

Control Panels works with development and assembling of standard and custom-built control cabinets for processing and packaging modules.Our mission is together with our customers to develop cost-effective products and create good technical solutions.

You will be in charge of 40 people working in four self-governing groups that produce 2.300 units annually.Working with you is a deputy Production Manager.You will be a part of the management team that is characterised by openness and dialogue.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Provide long-term direction and management of production unit
- Drive competency development in workshop groups
- Be in charge of production/resource planning
- Be in charge of budget and follow up
- Drive change and development through our Lean production-process
- Provide coaching and support for the self-governing groups



Kvalifikationer

You are a result oriented leader who is able to balance the long-term with the short and invites people to share their views.You are a team player with a high level of integrity and solid experience from leading 20-40 subordinates.You are a listener with informal authority which makes people want to listen to you.You are a clear communicator who drives through change and knows when to seek compromises as well as when and where to draw the line.And you are curious to do things in a new way.

You have solid experience from and understanding of the job as production manager.Maybe you have excelled through the ranks in the production environment?Being a strong communicator you are proficient in both English and Swedish.Your educational background lies within the electro technical field - not necessarily on an academic level.
