Production Manager to Thule Group in Hillerstorp
We are now looking for a successful leader with several years of experience from managing production.
In the Hillerstorp plant we assemble the roof racks that is one of our core products within the company and now there is an opportunity to lead and develop the production through an active continuous improvement (CI) work. One of the main goals, will be, together with others, to continue develop the production area but also securing a safe work through an active risk-assessments work. Besides this, your tasks will be managing six Teamleaders in their day to day fulfillment process, improving culture and motivate staff to be a part of this, capacity planning, capacity bottleneck solving but also together with maintenance responsible for equipment availability.
The right candidate for this position, we believe has a strong self-drive with ability to challenge themselves and others around them. We want you to have several years of experience and proven success in managing production. A good communicating, entrepreneurial and pro-active person will thrive in this type of position. You also will thrive if you prefer an organization with high speed and rapid changes, have a hands-on approach and are ambitious. We prefer that you have experience working with Lean-philosophy and a degree within mechanical engineering or equivalent. As a person you are highly motivated, positive and having a sense of humor. Mandatory is good knowledge of MS Office and that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English.
