PRODUCTION Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of the factory. You will be a leader of the teams driving production to World Class Manufacturing standards utilizing techniques like WCM, TPM, rewards systems, ISO by following company and plant policies. The procedures that you will be responsible for will be implementing proactive and progressive systems to maximize output in planning, scheduling, and operating agendas for the factory. You will also be responsible for ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while always promoting safety norms and standards.
Furthermore, you will develop organization competence, cascading the Global strategy into action and strategic integration roadmap, proactively support the organizations to secure business growth.
What you will do
Be responsible for the operation of production in Fabrication
Manage the results of production key performance indicators (KPIs)
Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality and machine efficiency.
Coordinate between different working processes of the whole production line
Be responsible for the workforce on the floor and driving production
Manage teams and drive employee development
Follow and promote safety norms and standards
Be responsible for identifying losses and looking out for potential loss areas. Provide WCM support, to include running the pillars assigned to this department or its employees
Implementing GMP's and TPM principles
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
University degree within Enginering or equivalent skills or experience
Proven leader with background Production and Management , >5 years of experience from working similar role
Good knowledge of production processes with Welding and pre-Manufacture experience preferred
Strong understanding of KPIs, shortstops, losses, and waste
Ability to be a good team player and respected leader of people
A very good command of English , both written and oral
Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP expertise
High level of understanding of WCM methodology
AM pillar knowledge will be an advantage
