Aurobay is looking for a Production Manager to the Machining area in a new business area where we will produce components for electric drives in Skövde. As a Production manager you will get the opportunity to build up and lead a new organization with focus on business and external customer relations.

Skills and experience
- You may have a university degree in the field of technology/logistics/production, or equivalent professional experience in the mentioned areas.
- Leadership experience from former positions.
- Very good communication skills in both English and Swedish, and you are interested in building relations with external customers.

Your role at Aurobay
As a Production manager at Aurobay you will be a part of our management team and be directly responsible for today's business and the ambitions for tomorrow and report to our Shop Manager. You will act in daily operations as well as building the plan for the future - one to three years ahead. Your main purpose is to lead the operational part of the production to a new direction towards our company vision. You will be the owner and responsible with full mandate to run the lean transformation in your team, lead leaders with white collar as well as blue collar employees within your responsibility.
