As a Production Manager at Rapid Images, you will play a pivotal role in driving both large and small-scale productions from conception to completion. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing streamlined processes and strategies to ensure optimal team efficiency. With a sharp focus on planning, coordination, and production management, you will oversee the creation of diverse materials, including images, configurators, animations, and more, catering to both product and marketing needs. Furthermore, your responsibilities will extend to fostering effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

In your daily work, you lead, support, and inspire others, and you have a good ability to organize and plan work.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and plan customer orders in coordination with the team.

- Resource planning and briefing the team on projects.

- Ensure quality and information security in all deliveries.

- Ensure that deadlines are met from the company's side.

- HR responsibility for a team ranging between 2-15.

Skills:

- Experience of 3D production

- Swedish and English, spoken and written.
