Production Manager

Minnovation is now looking for Engineer for our business partner.

General Position Description

2. Responsible for developing monthly, weekly, and daily production plans, supervising and following up, and resolving on-site issues and risks;
3. Responsible for promoting on-site cost reduction and efficiency enhancement activities, quality improvement projects, and other key research projects in the workshop;
4. Responsible for output progress, equipment maintenance, personnel discipline, safety management and supervision;
5. Responsible for abnormal coordination and communication between the front and back processes of the workshop and across departments;
6. Responsible for team building and talent development in the workshop of our department;
7. Responsible for supervising and auditing the training, assessment, and attendance of workshop personnel.
Required Qualifications

1. High school education or above, 2 years or more of work experience, with unlimited majors and experience in the manufacturing industry;
2. Possess basic computer operation, basic knowledge of equipment technology, basic knowledge of office software, and basic on-site management experience;
3. Good at communication and coordination, proactive in work, able to withstand significant work pressure, strong team spirit, ability to innovate and break through in management, strong leadership, and resilient personality;
4. Possess strong judgment and decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication skills, written and oral expression skills, and emergency response capabilities for emergencies;
5. Having the ability to continuously learn, update knowledge, maintain moral integrity, adhere to principles, and possess good professional ethics for management personnel.
