Production Manager

Our client, Comfortzone, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to lead their production team. As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, high-quality production of their heat pumps while fostering a positive work environment for operators.

Key responsibilities
Enhancing Operator Productivity and Wellbeing

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operator productivity while prioritizing their well-being and safety.
• Create a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and motivation.
• Monitor and address issues related to employee morale and engagement.

Production Efficiency Optimization

• Utilize standard techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and other best practices to optimize production processes.
• Continuously analyse production workflows and identify areas for improvement to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive cost-effective results.

Quality Assurance and Production Planning

• Develop and execute plans to ensure and enhance the quality of their products, including rigorous testing procedures.
• Implement quality control measures and standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to incorporate design improvements into production processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management, ideally in a manufacturing or HVAC-related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• A passion for sustainability and energy-efficient solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Swedish, written and verbal.
