We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for our factory located in Malmö, Sweden.
PURPOSE STATEMENT
The purpose of the Production Manager is to make sure that BAT Fiedler & Lundgren have all production resources and capabilities in place to support forecasted market needs in terms of required product mix and volumes - on time and in full. In addition, Production Manager is to secure that the organization and the business is continuously improving to meet future challenges.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Fiscal budget for all functional dimensions: Cost awareness in budget and investments
OEE – Overall Equipment Efficiency: Drive continuous improvements
Volume planning, production, logistics and distribution of our products: Daily follow up and planning of activities and making sure zero out of stock in the market.
Consumer Quality Complaints Index: Build quality minded organization
Waste on Wrapping Material and Leaf: Minimize waste
Occupational Safety Observations: Implement behavior-based mind set aiming for zero accidents. Overall responsible for EHS in the company
Strategic development of production capability
Technical development and investments in production
Ensure development, service and maintenance of the site and properties
Member of BAT Fiedler & Lundgren´s Operation Leadership Team

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
5+ years of experience as Production or Engineering Manager within FMCG manufacturing and/or supply chain.
Experience in SAP System
Experience in IWS/ Lean production
Leading team capabilities
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
Demonstrate deep knowledge in product knowledge
Experience in complex organization on a global scale within regulated industry
