Company Description
Are you a skilled Production Manager with a passion for digital content? At H&M Studios we can now offer a permanent position in a creative and exciting work environment where we produce content for e-commerce and the digital media landscape including own channels.
H&M Studios is part of the Global Marketing & Communication department and located in Frihamnen, Stockholm. Together our teams produce lookbook, still life, video, social content and more for local markets all over the world.
We are now looking for a Production Manager with a passion for digital content such as social and e-com, technical solutions and development of new content and producing towards further strengthen our team and brand.
Job Description
As a Production Manager you will be working, in close collaboration with teams and ensure extensive contact with internal and external and towards different stakeholders. You are a key player in our productions - holding things together, executing our production and do follow up on tasks and way forward. You are responsible to plan our productions in the pre-production phase and keep track of all steps throughout by following up on post-production and delivery of content.
Qualifications

Whilst at the same time being self-driven and able to work independently. In addition, you have the ability to drive change that moves us towards our set targets and our strategy “customer first”. You know how to spark enthusiasm and commitment in others. You have a curious approach and is not afraid to take initiative.
In addition, we’d love to meet someone who:
Has previous relevant experience, etc. from roles within marketing/communication or similar with a strong focus on digital content
Strong knowledge of working simultaneously in varied program and forums as well with different tasks and projects
Great communication skills
Analytical approach and ability to bring a broader perspective of new experiences and competences into the team
A good understanding of the digital media landscape and channels including social media with a focus on fashion retail
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Ability to quickly learn new systems as well as previous technical experience is a plus.

This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible and is based in Frihamnen, Stockholm.
