Production Manager Pilot Plant

This position embodies both development and production environment and demands.

As Production Manager you will lead two groups in Pilot Plant, the Lamination and Printing, Creasing & Downstream team.It will be your responsibility to:

- Drive testing of converting prototypes and support projects with delivery of process & equipment tests, test packaging material and early production of packaging material
- Lead and direct the teams to deliver on business demands
- Work with the employees competence development & the development of the organization
- Lead the WCM (Lean) improvement activities in Pilot Plant based on WCM methodology including WCM steering group as well as pillars and of AM & FI (Autonomous Maintenance & Focused Improvement)


Kvalifikationer

We believe that you as a candidate have good communication and negotiation skills.In addition to this you are result oriented and have excellent leadership capabilities.We expect you to have several years of experience (at least 5) from leading groups with approximately 15 employees.As a person you also have the potential, ambition & capability to face challenges even larger than this position if performance is in line with expectations.A mixed background of Production and Development is a merit.In this position you need to have a good command of both Swedish and English both written and verbal.
