Production Manager to Gasporox

You will

Our production and development site are in Lund and we are now entering a new phase scaling up and increasing the pace of our production. As our Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations including managing employees, production, efficiency, and safety as well as liaising with our Market and R&D departments. The main focus is the upscaling of our production and developing it in a manner that set targets are met. You will support the organization with your expertise, analyzing all facets of production and liaising with the team to develop plans that improve production output, costs and delivery time. Setting up needed production infrastructure, and system for introducing production of new hardware products, including assembly instructions and quality control plan is also important.

Besides running and managing the day-to-day operations you will be expected to manage supplier management, product quality, safety and on-time shipping. The well-being of your team-members will naturally be a focal point.

You will also:

- visit customers, suppliers and external collaborators
- hands-on-involvement in production and service
- problem solving of service cases

You will be part of the management team and report directly to our CEO.

Your profile

You are expected to have good people management skills and have, for example, supervisory experience of a production team or other experience from a leading role. Your ability to lead, develop and motivate your team will be an important part of the role and your good sense of control over production and internal logistics is also important. You are a good communicator and have the ability to interact with colleagues within the company as well as with external contractors.

Since we are a smaller high-tech company, flexibility and a problem-solving mindset will be important. This means that you have that entrepreneur mindset with the drive of fixing the issues that might arise hands on and communicate that into the organization. Ability to make decisions under pressure and in fast pace environment is also important.

We expect that you have a MS or BS degree in engineering or similar relevant field. You are also fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
