Marketing & Communications is a global function that consist of 450 employees at the Head Office in Stockholm. We support all 74 markets around the world. The department has the responsibility to build the H&M brand, internally and externally: specifically, when it comes to brand awareness, attraction and loyalty. The department constantly drives change making sure that H&M’s communication is customer oriented, relevant, and aligned with our brand DNA. We are now looking for a skilled Production Manager for the Women Account, that is part of H&M´s Global Marketing & Communications department. The Women Account is responsible for all marketing communications targeting the female fashion interested consumer and consists of approximately 55 employees.


Job Description


As a Production Manager you are accountable for bringing the project to life by setting the time plan and ensuring deliverables through all phases of the project (pre-production, production and post- production).
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Break down the project, brief and build a clear and actionable plan for each deliverable
Ensure that team and suppliers are aligned on time plan and deliverables
Manage production of deliverables to secure on time, on budget and on brief delivery
Source and manage external suppliers involved in the production, in agreement with the project manager
Plan and manage production budget for deliverables assigned to you
Brief internal and external creatives on assignments and deliverables
Keep local markets and stakeholders informed about the project and deliverables
Challenge the status quo to ensure optimized productions and cost consciousness
Clear and timely handover of project deliverables to production team or other recipients
Learn a lot, make an impact & have fun!

Qualifications
As a person we believe that you have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy working in teams. You are results driven and have excellent listening and communication skills. You know how to prioritize between tasks, and you are used to managing and leading projects and teams forward. It is also important to have organizational skills with a high attention to details.
Besides your personality we see that you have:
A minimum of five years’ experience and in-depth production and creative experience within all channels (but especially digital ones)
Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments
Experience from photo shoots
Ability to have a holistic and insight-based approach to all projects
Responsible and thorough
Worked in an international environment is meriting, preferably within lifestyle
Excellent communication skills in English
