Job Description


As a Production Manager at Monki you are responsible for driving projects, productions, and campaigns from brief to final delivery, securing deliveries are on time, on brand and within allocated budget. You will be a part of the Marketing Operations team and report to Marketing Operations Manager. Together with the Marketing Operations Manager you will take ownership of our marketing campaign process.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You will establish, communicate and drive project/production milestones ensuring that all teams are clear on what is expected of them, when - and progressing as required.
You will secure the creative teams time and keep individuals focused and motivated, as well as being able to confidently present creative thinking in wider business meetings.
You work cross functionally with different departments and markets to achieve shared objectives and secure all aspects of each campaign and project.
You will drive decision making with teams and marketing department management, to move initiatives forwards in a productive way.
Conducting regular evaluation and debrief meetings post productions/projects to ensure learnings are captured for the business and supporting the feedback culture.
Regularly reports back to and updates the Marketing Operations Manager of any risks or challenges ahead of time in any given project that could impact the project.
Continuously securing suppliers to make sure we are cost effective.

You are adaptable to a range of productions, projects and campaigns – in store, digital and wherever our 360° marketing approach takes you.
To be successful in this role we also see that you:
Have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Have budget and financial management experience.
Have previous experience from an in-house marketing department or agency working with Art Directors, Copywriters and Graphic Designers.
Have the ability to interpret data using analytics and reporting tools to understand campaign performance and create actionable programs across all channels.
Have strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized, flexible, open minded and a creative fixer with meticulous attention to detail who tackles challenges with optimism.
Are a self-starter, self-motivated and act with confidence.
Have the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
Are result oriented in setting ambitious goals, KPI’s and seeing them through.
