Do you want to be part of creating a world without cigarettes?
We are looking for a service-oriented and structured Production Manager to join our in-house agency, The Studio (Studion). The Studio consists of a creative team of 11 individuals who collaborate closely with other departments, setting high standards for quality, efficiency, and ownership. We undertake various assignments, but at the core of our work are our smokefree products: snus and nicotine pouches. In this role, having a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a structured, fast, and efficient manner is crucial.
Job Description
As a Production Manager, you will be expected to oversee daily production in projects. You will be responsible for incoming briefs, timelines, resource planning, and communication with both internal stakeholders and suppliers, both nationally and internationally. You will also serve as a problem-solving and structured support to our stakeholders, primarily working on production management of our packaging labels.Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling incoming briefs
• Coordinating and planning projects from brief to final delivery
• Developing timelines and tracking progress during ongoing work
• Engaging internal and external stakeholders to align ongoing projects and ensure that materials adhere to recommended guidelines
• Planning, prioritizing, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders as well as various collaborative partners
• Initiating and leading meetings and maintaining close communication with creatives
• Managing proofs
Desired qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Manager at an advertising agency, in-house agency, marketing department, or similar
• Proficiency in operational work and skilled in production processes and planning
• Relevant education in project or production management (a plus)

Additional Information
This position is located at the Swedish Match office in Stockholm. There is a possibility for remote work. The position is temporary employment for a full-time role lasting approximately 1.5 years.
