Would you like to work in an international team of IT professionals with a long experience in application management team? We are now looking for a Production Operation Expert to join the team to provide support and operational stability of our applications, working closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders.

Welcome to the GDMO team. We add value by being a golden source of customer data for Nordea bank. As the Production Operation Expert, you’ll play a valuable role in providing high quality, business critical and reliable service.

What you’ll be doing:
* Operating, maintaining and improving business critical applications.
* Managing incidents, problems and cooperating with change management.
* Communicating with business partners as well as technical owners of the underlaying platforms.
* Working closely with developers adopting DevOps practices.
* Automating manual operations.

The role is based in Stockholm.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Self-driven, communicative, team player with good understanding of critical enterprise environments and importance of operational stability.
* Able to stay calm, focused and work rational under pressure.

Your experience and background: 
* +10 years of experience in working with business critical applications in a bank.
* Experience in ITIL processes, Incident, Problem and Change management.
* Technical knowledge and excellence in IBM DataStage (ETL).
* Technical knowledge and excellence in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server.
* Experience in agile way of working, Scrum and Kanban.
* Good coordination skills and experience in working within cross technical and business teams.
* SQL skills.

Additional skills that would be an advantage:  
* Experience with Helix, Splunk, AppDynamics, Jira and Confluence.
