We are looking for two Production Planners in our Master Planning team for Packaging Materials Division. One permanent position and one temporary position. For the permanent position your location will be Forshaga, and temporary position can be any other relevant Stora Enso location in Sweden. You will report to Master Planning Manager.

As a Production Planner you will plan and prepare optimized production sequence for Forshaga plant in collaboration with the local planning team. You communicate with shipper’s outbound team and local inbound team to follow-up raw material flow and analyze reliability of production plan accordingly. You collaborate with Operations and Sales and report any possible hits to service level in advance and follow-up production results to understand how they might impact future planning. You also participate in updating production related information to quality and environmental systems.
The job requires for you to be structured and have good cooperation skills within our team and with our stakeholders. You need to have control of what is to be produced and when in the most efficient way. You think it´s easy to work with numbers and have an analytical capability to anticipate events related to the business. Keeping promises to our customers is super important and at the same time we need to plan to achieve high operational efficiency when it comes to time, material and resources. At Master Planning we always consider the full picture! You will have daily contact with production, other functions at Supply Chain and to some extent also sales.

About you
Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field or other education that can be perceived as equivalent.
Experience in production or supply chain planning.
Capable to work in a dynamic production environment and understanding in supplychain.
Strong leadership and management skills, motivating and inspiring personality.
Very structured working approach and good self-management
Capability to work independently and in both local and international teams
Proactive, result oriented, willing to take initiative and responsibility
Proficient IT skills in the production relevant programs and general IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written (any other language is an advantage)
Willingness to travel occasionally
