Production planner

Position: Production planner
Duration: Permanent position 100%
Location: Karlskoga, Sweden


Based on customer demands AMEXCI is expanding its services from R&D related production to also incorporate serial production. We are looking to expand our team with a skilled Production planner well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.


At AMEXCI you will work closely with the Nordic industry active in additive manufacturing. You will work on developing, implementing and maintaining our production planning to ensure a smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.

The Job:
· You will coordinate production workflow for multiple customer products using ERP system Monitor G5
· You will plan and prioritize operations
· You will ensure a flexible production to allow changes with maintained optimized resource utilization
· You will determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
· You will monitor production and address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
· You will update and improve the planning modules in the ERP system
· You will continuously work to improve production results on targets in productivity, quality and cost
· You will work closely with production management, quality control and production team
· You will report to the production manager


Qualifications:
· You are proficient in production planning
· You are confident in working in ERP systems. Advanced skills in Monitor G5 is highly meritorious
· You have a structured way of working and confident in taking initiatives and driving change
· You are are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills
· You are motivated and eager to learn continuously
· You are comfortable working in a fast developing and continuously changing environment
· You are a team player
· You have high communication skills
· Since our official company language is English, it is important that you have good English communication skills
