We are looking for a skilled Production Planner with a specialization in capacity planning and analytics. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and meeting our production targets. This is a new role where you will have the opportunity to impact and shape the way of working.
The Order & Planning team within Processing Solutions and Equipment (PSE) leads a sustainable supply chain, by sourcing, producing, and delivering competitive and industry-leading processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry.
The position is permanent and you will be located in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Production Planner, you will focus on:
Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning process for the production center and convert supply plan into capacity for the factories. Set capacity requirements and follow the capacity adaptation.
Support and drive data quality, as well as creating and maintaining reports in Power BI.
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, emphasizing capacity planning to optimize resource utilization actively plan for efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production specifications and align production plans with overall business objectives.
Proactively identify and address capacity constraints, recommending solutions to optimize production efficiency.
Utilize advanced planning tools and software to enhance capacity planning accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to address any production challenges and ensure timely resolution.

We believe you have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field
Experience in production planning with a focus on capacity planning
Advanced knowledge in Power BI
Proficiency in using production planning software and tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
You are fluent in English, Swedish is a merit.
