Production Planner

ValueOne is looking for a talented and analytical Production Planner with proficiency in Excel to join our customer in Stockholm. This role is a consultant assignment lasting for ten months with the possibility of extension. The assignment must be filled as soon as possible.

The Role 

As a Production Planner, your key responsibilities will include handling customer orders from internal customers in Sweden and in Asia schedule production and follow up outcome. You will also manage ordering of starting materials.

Main tasks:

Internal customer order handling
Analysis of production needs (mainly short-term)
Placing and scheduling orders (coming weeks)
Follow up production outcomes, establish KPIs
Communicate supply status to internal customers
Manage orders for starting materials

Experience and Competencies

We are looking for candidates with a few years’ experience in production planning. Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, solid proficiency in Excel, and be familiar with data analysis tools such as Power BI or QlikView. Excellent communication skills are essential, and proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is not necessary.
