Since our colleague moves on within the company we are looking for a Production planner to work with production, upgrades and maintenance of submarines and surface ships.

Your role

You will be a part of complex forecasting, planning and monitoring of production. This include developing and setting processes and working methods within production planning, in the interfaces with project planning and supply chain and also the production line functions.

Main tasks:

* Create and manage production plans to get high efficiency in production
* Follow up and optimize and adjust production plans
* Coordinate with project management, production management, material supply and logistics
* Analyse and define potential future bottlenecks in machine equipment and human resources
* Develop and improve methods for production planning and logistics

You report to Section Manager for Production Planning and Logistics, Business Area Kockums.

Your profile

We are looking for you with a structured analytical mind and a systematic approach. A success factor in this role is to be clear, forward and communicative and being able to find solutions based on a holistic approach. Further on, you need to be able to plan and coordinate in the context of many stakeholders and variables at the same time. The role includes many contact areas why it´s important that you enjoy social contacts and quickly create trust among the people around you. Resilience and a pedagogical mind will also come in handy.

Required skills: We would like you to have a university/YH/KY degree in production planning or equivalent and/or a few years successful work experience from above mentioned tasks, as well as excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Desired skills: Successful work experience from a similar role, knowledge and experience working with MPS/ERM and MS office. Experience of working with production preferably from larger industrial companies.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

The dynamic team you will join consists primarily of specialists in production planning, logistics and production development and is based in Karlskrona.
