Production Planning & Reporting Coordinator

A great opportunity has arisen to join our distribution team as we are currently looking for a Production Planning & Reporting Coordinator.
The distribution department manage the production planning and the logistics flow from the factory to the Nordic countries and this position has a strategic role in the department’s responsibilities. The position is a link between Renault SAS and Renault Nordic focusing on volume planning and reporting on a monthly cycle.
This is a full-time temporary position of 12 months, due to paternity leave, with starting date in beginning of August 2020.
Main responsibilities
Gather and report the sales results internally and to the HQ in Paris on monthly basis
Review and input the monthly sales forecast in Renault’s internal 3P system
Elaborate the production planning of vehicles, engines, transmissions etc to ensure good level of supply
Manage and follow-up the monthly allocation split per country and model
Follow up the ordering fulfillment per country and model and alert any issues
Maintain a daily contact with the central distribution team related to allocations, ordering and constraints
Assist in creating reports and presentations

Your Profile
Proven track record in similar role or logistics
Experience of the automotive industry is an advantage as well as working in an international environment.
Experienced MS Office user, mainly Excel
Fluency in English, both verbal and writing. French is an advantage.
