Ericsson AB Presentation Ericsson Supply Site in Kumla is globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and initial production of the next generation radio base stations.We are the link between design and volume production.We make sure Ericsson's high technology products are manufactured with high quality, in an effective and cost efficient way.Our responsibility includes securing an efficient supply chain flow for our products globally.Ericsson in Kumla is expanding and we are looking for several new employees, mainly within the areas Technology, Quality and Logistics.If you have the right background and competence we can offer you a challenging job and an exciting future within Ericsson.Arbetsuppgifter As production product manager, you will be the local product owner and responsible for leading the product maintenance work for specified products from a supply perspective and be the main interface towards R&D.The responsibility includes budget responsibility for product maintenance within the technical master of Ericsson Supply Site Kumla. As production product manager you will lead the product improvement work in maintenance (in terms of cost and quality) both internally within Ericsson units and at Clone and EMS sites.The main purpose is to secure a good and stable production process, high quality products and reducing total product costs. The responsibility extends through the product's whole life cycle within the master responsibility of Kumla, i.e.from pre-development and industrialization to phase out.You will work side by side with a Product Maintenance Engineer and your Production Product Management colleagues. Utbildning/erfarenhet We believe that you as an applicant have an academic background within technical or natural science, and have prior experience of working with product maintenance or project/improvement management.You should have high communication and cooperation skills, high quality awareness and possess a strong focus on targets and objectives. Good writing and verbal skills in Swedish as well as in English are a prerequisite since the work involves a lot of internal and external contacts with product development/maintenance teams and other manufacturing units.Project Management or Six Sigma black belt is preferred as well as good leadership skills.
