This means that you are a part of our NPI (New Product Introduction) projects and the link between the project and the production, where you take responsibility for the production activities and make sure that the products are built and delivered in a proper way.You make reports about the result of prototype runs and verifications as well as reports about the produce ability. Utbildning/erfarenhet You should have a secondary-school education (for example, a three-year technology program), and at least one year of relevant university studies.You have a very good understanding for the whole production process of RBS, and a lot of experience from prototype production and Industrialization of electronic products.You like to lead a small group of people and you cooperate easily with a lot of different functions in the organization.You can handle a lot of changes and have the ability to re-plan and "get on the road again".You have the will to improve things and also an ability to work structured in a standardized way.You should also have: - Machine operator skills and good knowledge of the SMA process - Project leader experience and skills - Good product knowledge - IS/IT competence; Bar-Track, PRIM, Cab Tool, compusage, Cops, Compview.- Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.Företagsbeskrivning Ericsson is the world's leading provider of technology and services to telecom operators.The company's portfolio comprises mobile and fixed network infrastructure, telecom services, software, broadband and multimedia solutions for operators, enterprises and the media industry.
